Covid-19 Policies
The health and safety of all of our clients and team members has always been and continues to be our top priority, therefor, please observe the following:
-As of 11/1/2022 Masks are OPTIONAL. Clients may request that our team members wear masks during any occupied cleaning and team members may opt to wear masks at any cleaning if they prefer. Masks will no longer be mandatory for our team members at any cleaning unless the client has made this request, preferably in advance. This decision is based on increasing numbers of clients expressing that they do not need us to wear masks, and the fact that it is more fatiguing and uncomfortable to clean while wearing masks. After over 2.5 years, multiple vaccines and boosters, and the diminishing risks associated with Covid-19, we feel confident that we can safely clean without masks.
-If you, any member of your household or business, or any recent visitor to your household or business has tested positive for Covid-19, has a respiratory illness, has a high temperature, has shown any symptoms of Covid-19, or is known to have been exposed to a person with Covid-19 PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY!
-For everyone's comfort and safety, please keep a minimum distance of 6 feet from members of our team at all times. This includes all people and pets present during cleaning.
-We do not allow sick team members to work, and while we never like doing it, may need to skip appointments in order to keep everyone safe. We can not guarantee a reschedule of your appointment if we are forced to miss it due to medical absences.
-We strongly encourage all of our team members to get vaccinated, but will not share anyone's medical history without their consent. Clients are prohibited from pressuring Alkemi Clean employees to discuss their vaccination or other medical status. Doing so may result in termination of service.
-Please understand that we have always been working to prevent contagion as a matter of course. Furthermore, we have added new precautions and procedures appropriate to the situation at hand. Please ask if you would like to know more.
-Please practice common hygiene and safety procedures such as washing hands and cleaning high touch surfaces in between your appointments.
Thank you so much for working with us to help keep everyone safe!
